Commands ALL STAFF READ!

From now on I want you to type ::warn [playername] Its a new command, The name will apear in a list. This warning will NOT be broadcasted over the server. But the player you have warned will recieve a message Saying he was warned. No one else will. Next is a command idk what the name will be yet but it will be where you type ::command name [message] [playername] Or something like that. This message Will only apear on the player's screen of which you want it to go to. The warn command will so be like this: ::warn [playername] [reason]..
